UKREiiF – May 20th – 22nd 2025

Abintra’s David Maddison will be representing us in Leeds at UKREiiF where he’ll be meeting with private and public sector clients, including major corporations, higher education, local authorities and healthcare providers.

He’ll also be meeting with prospective new clients and attending the numerous conference and networking events in and around the event.

The UK Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) has quickly become one of the most significant events on the UK property and infrastructure calendar. Held annually in Leeds, it brings together public sector leaders, private developers, investors, and professionals from across the built environment. The forum serves as a catalyst for conversations around regeneration, sustainable development, and regional investment, with a particular focus on levelling up the UK economy and attracting global capital into British towns and cities.

A key strength of UKREiiF lies in its ability to connect local authorities with potential partners who can deliver transformative projects. Delegates benefit from a packed schedule of panel discussions, keynote speeches, and networking events designed to foster collaboration and highlight upcoming opportunities. Whether it’s unlocking brownfield land, delivering net zero ambitions, or funding major infrastructure schemes, UKREiiF provides a platform for proactive engagement across the public-private divide.

The forum also champions innovation and social value, encouraging attendees to think beyond traditional development models. By spotlighting inclusive growth, community engagement, and long-term sustainability, UKREiiF challenges the industry to prioritise purpose as well as profit. As cities across the UK strive to recover from economic uncertainty and adapt to changing demands, UKREiiF remains a vital space for shaping the future of the built environment through ambition, dialogue, and strategic partnership.
